Fees

Self-Pay Rates

Clients can self-pay if their insurance isn't accepted. They will be provided a super-bill that they can use to file their insurance. Many insurances will reimburse for out of network providers. Fee rates discussed during consultation.

Payment method

Payment must be rendered at time of service.
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we request that you provide at least a 24 hour notice to our office so that we can met the needs of other clients. Please note, there will be a $50.00 cancelation or no-show fee charged. In rare cases, exceptions will be made for emergencies.

Scheduling

New clients may only schedule an intake. Returning clients may schedule up to four appointments in advance.

If your insurance is not listed, please check with your provider to see if they will cover out-of-network services (many do). We will provide you a super bill and assist you.
